I’m not disagreeing with you, however….. I’ve always wondered about the common calibre theory. Yes it may be most common, but it would also be the most sought after. So something fairly common, but not too much could be useful. And for lethality, in a situation where there is no medical care, something even as small as a 22 would be like driving a nail into someone…..who would reasonably take that and keep finding? Even a shotgun would certainly dissuade someone, And these 2 calibres can take game. The only reason I would agree with you is is it was a foreign military with body amour.

The most versatile thing I can think of is an ar15 in 556 with a 22lr bolt kit and a glock 17 or 19 with a 22lr conversion slide so u can use 22lr as a backup or for small game

2020... 'weirdness' of dealing with a 100 year pandemic, isn't a stolen election. Every court case was lost. Every investigation validated the 2020 vote results. The weirdness is that it's scary someone who legitimately loses an election refuses to accept the results and tears the county apart. Imagine if Al Gore had done that, if anything he had a lot more of cause to say his election was stolen by Bush and SCOTUS. It's scary one side doesn't think 'what if someday the tables are turned the other side does this?' Having said that, everything since 2020 is weird and unpredictable.
